Qualified Coach, Mediat Coaching (Certified EMCC) about 10 years of experience in Human Resources & People Development, worldwilde and SME companies.
In Paris, I worked in a US Systems Integration and Outsourcing company as Operational HR Manager for a 200 persons Business Unit. I was in charge of all staffing, career development and change management. I was also an internal HR Consultant for project's implementation, using an electronical appraisal tool and ??? a career and skills ERP ???. From this experience, I understood and was really motivated with people development and to find the most suitable position for them.
In Shanghai since 2006, I worked for a newly start-up as project coordinator and for a HR consulting company. As HR consultant, I did headhunting & assessment projects. From sales and marketing to client delivery projects, I really enjoyed understand the client needs, interviewed candidates and find which one could fit most with the culture and the responsabilities of the position. With assessment projects, it was to help the management to put employees at the right place according to the company's goals and the potential of the persons.
My expatriation in Shanghai is really a great experience, I spent time to really think about what is the most fitting job for me. I knew my drive is people development but I felt I could find a job more focused on that. I was coached myself to design my professional project. Since then, I really feel how I am aligned being a Coach today. I am really convinced everybody could be work performant if he is at the right place and be motivated if he is aligned with his core values.This is the reason why,I think this is true to say « you've dreamed it, live it now !
